register yourself, and the world of wonders on the singapore expat forum will open up for you, including the possibility of sending and receiving PM's.

Like a magic I find myself able to PM again :!: :!: :!:
I suppose the site limits PM if I have not posted anything for a period longer than expected.
Eric, thanks a lot. Feel warm about your kindness in replying in no time to help out

No, but the site doesn't know who you are if you don't log in first.

Seems to be a common topic on this board... Would have been nice to know up-front that there would be a "break-in- period before you can use PM... If you can't view a PM then people should not be able to send them to you!!! just my $.02

Does that mean I have to wait until I post 10 times so to read PM sent to me?

Should be able to by now. When you post a PM it will stay in your outbox until such time as the recipient open the message in their IN box. When then open the message, the message will be transferred from your outbox to your sent box.
