i will be soon moving to singapore, would be working at NUS. I would be looking for an apartment/condo whatever which is close to NUS. which area i should look into?
i learnt that a condo for 2 people, 2 bedroom starts around 1200S$, I would like to know if i can get away with even lesser, say semi furnished - close to NUS.
How long could it take to fix a deal - say 3 days is enough?
In case i go for an unfurnished apartment, how much should i expect to spend on some basic used furniture, a large bed, fridge, kitchenete, microwave, wardrobe dining table, sofa etc. how easy to fetch them?
