Mobile Phone in Canada

I'm going to Canada in 2 weeks and was wondering if I can use my dual band phone or do I need to take my tri band?

hi you will need a tri band phone and get a sim card from Rogers wireless click below

i am going back july 3 to victoria and use mine there, trouble is smsing ,singapore does not have an agreement with them so you can receive but you cannot send i hope they fixed it from the last time i was there in oct
