My lease is up for renewal soon so I want to negotiate the price down - I like where I live, I got used to it...

BTW its in the upper Lorong's:- 30 and above.

What is the current rental for a three bedroom private apartment, master bedroom ensuite, main bathroom, lounge room, seperate kitchen, seperate maid quarters with bathroom and storage room in a mid rise block - No gym and only a small swimming pool???
