Will probably be going on an assignment to Singapore, just wondering what the housing market is doing at the moment, I have heard Thailand and Asia generally is heading upwards but not heard any mention of Singapore. If I bought it would be to live in initially then keep as a long term investment to rent out to expats.
Anyone had experience of this and is it a good thing to do? Good locations to buy? Mortgages available to foreigners etc?
Any pointers to books I could read or websites would be most appreciated.
