Grange Residence vs. Ardmore Park in singapore ...

Has anyone seen Grange Residence. How do you find it, compared to Ardmore Park? comments appreciated

we looked at both. while grange is so nice because it's brand new and very modern, the room sizes are a bit smaller than ardmore park. also, unless you get a balcony with a pool view, there aren't any nice views--it's very noisy and lots of traffic. ardmore has a nice complex and is very convenient to the american and tanglin clubs, as well as orchard if that's what you are looking for. we would have gone with grange if we got a pool view, because it is a little out of the way. they are both built by the same developers by the way.
