Glentrees Development

Post by Guest_Ant » Sun, 12 Jun 2005 12:49 am

Myself and my wife will be moving to Singapore from the UK at the end of July.

We have been looking at renting a condo at the new Glentrees development on Mount Sinai Lane in District 10. Is anyone out there familiar with the devlopment and/or the area?

Any comments would be greatly appreciated.

Glentrees has basically a few different layout concepts:

- 4 rooms Ground floor units which they call the garden terraces - comes with a basement with one bedroom size 2600 sq ft

- 2nd - 4th floors are the garden apartments - sizes 1711 sq ft, 1701 sq ft, 1784 sq ft

Really depending on what your needs are, you may wish to contact us at +65 61000 300 or email: [email protected] so that we could assist you.

The Mt Sinai area (where Glentrees is located) is conveniently close to supermarkets and Holland Village.

However, it is also where Henry Park Primary School is located, which could make traffic congestion a problem during the school term. I think certain blocks are also located next to the school, so am not too sure what the noise level would be like.
