ladies night - where do you suggest?

I'm new here and I am looking for a place to head either tomorrow or Thursday night with some friends (we are female). Can someone tell me what the deal is with Ladies night - are drinks cheaper for certain times only - like a girls happy hour?

Also where is a good place to go for music/dancing/atmosphere?

Any suggestions greatly appreciated - we're running out of time!
