Need help writing business plan

Can anyone give recommendations for a business consultant that can advise and help me write a business plan?

I've recently relocated from SF Bay Area to Singapore and from my travels around the neighboring countries I am considering opening a small upscale boutique shop in California. The business concept is fairly straightforward and simple however I would like the consultant to advise me on trade, import and export laws and regulations, international tax issues, shipping set up, business licenses needed and accounting and basic business set up.

This is self funded and this plan is not intended to secure a loan.

I am also open to hiring grad school business students

If you are trying to solicit business here, you will have a problem as they will not be able to PM you unless they have been here for a while and have accumulated at least 5 posts (spam control)

If they try to advertise here their posts will be deleted as soon as they are spotted, either by the mods or by our regulars (that's why this board stays pretty clear of garbage) so you might want to change your post a little bit and create a throw-away email addy so they can respond that way. We do not allow soliciting or advertising in the forum (technically you are soliciting business).

Most advertisers/hustlers are opportunists and never register unless they see an opportunity to fleece somebody.
