I have 2 common room available for rent. It is fully furnished and comes with or without the aircon.. The master bedroom, air-conditioned and have an attached bathroom..
The rental for the master bedroom is $500/-per month and the 2nd room is $350/-.. You are welcome to come down to have a view at my place..
