Kanebo is a japaneses skin care cosmetic brand. Can be found at OG departmental store at Orchard point next to centrepoint along orchard road. Heard raves about it's cleanser, suncare. The whitening products are skincare products.

This is truly culturally bizarre. Caucasians spend tons of money trying to get that bronze brown look, while brown/yellow people spend tons of money trying to look white. Very strange.

Hi strong eagle! Are you doing an 'Eric'?

I think a lot of asians use whitening for uneven pigmentation. But yes, some want ot look fairer. But we know fairer does not necessarily denote being caucasian.

Nope. Just observing cultural differences. Please note that I made no judgments regarding either Caucasians wanting to be dark or Asians wanting to be light.

Personally, I celebrate all for whom exactly they are and would never resort to whitening or darkening... although I am pretty dark from my outdoor activities. Nonetheless, each soul must choose his/her own path.
