Champagne- a man's or woman's drink?

Post by Binz » Fri, 03 Jun 2005 5:08 pm

Of late, ive been hearing more men talk about drinking champagne. Isnt that a woman's drink? Isnt it a bit wimpish for men to drink champagne.. or is that anything alcoholic is ok for men?

It doesn't matter who to drink. Let's enjoy!
By the way, do you know chanpagne and sparkling wine are two different thing?

Isn't it sad? Man's drink? Woman's drink. There are people out there worrying how they are perceived from what drinks they order?

Wouldn't it be great if people can just order drinks according to their own taste and in fact whatever they feel like drinking. I LOVE my Moet Pink champagne!

Both male and female - why on earth would it be considered a woman's drink? God god, what a silly question

I personally think its suffocating to try to measure up to society's expectations. Nonsense like men who drink beer are manly, Men shouldn't be seen drinking baileys because its more of a ladies' drink. Now what? champagne is a ladies' drink? -slaps forehead- Champagne is a classic drink. Men or women. Love it, drink it. To hell with this society's judgement.
What doesn't break me, shall only make me stronger.

Champagne is not a women or men 's drink ......
Champagne is the drink for a "special romantic moment" or events ......
Champagne is drinking/sharing with friends, beloved or family ......

Champagne is for both woman and man, drinking together in the same time ...

It is not whimpish for a man to drink the bubbly! Why then would all those macho rappers practically swim in Kristal?

Basically, this Binz person either doesn't drink or just has no idea that there are no rules for champagne. It is a drink for anyone at any time, to be drunk from the glass or the bottle. Babycham, on the other hand, is an entirely different matter....!
