Yoga

Is it possible to have a private Yoga instructor here in Sing? Are there instructors that will come to your home?? I would like to begin my classes at home, or at least one-on-one until I am comfortable enough to move to a class. I find it difficult to concentrate/relax/BREATHE in groups of people. Anyone have any info??
Anywhere but straight.

Hi there,

Im certain there's private yoga sessions available at home. But it's a matter of finding the right instructor. Do you know which type of yoga you like to do? If not, try a trial session at a yoga studio to see if you're comfortable.

Try to let your mind be calm and focused. Inhale four counts and exhale slowly.

I was recommended to try Shambhala yoga center. Give them a call to see if they cater to private sessions.

A recommendation for all those suffering from chronic neck/back/shoulder pain:

An excellent foot reflexology and head/shoulder massage was done for me by a therapist from Bodpulse after my golf game last weekend. Was very good at relieving shoulder and back pain that I suffered(finally relieved after 2 months of pain!). The price was reasonable too. $20 for 45 minutes either foot, hand reflexlogy or head/shoulder massage. They also do housecalls as well as at Execelsior hotel I think(not sure where they operate from). Don't know whether he does yoga stuff but you could call to enquire.

I understand from the messuer in charge that they have both male and female therapist available. Please call Mr Nez at 98466950 should all you guys and gals are interested. Oh yeah, specially for those who active in sports! Peace!
