Severe problems with blackheads

Hi everyone, I'm 18 this year and have a problem with balckheads and whiteheads on my nose and a little on my cheeks. I have read some forums but they seem to contradcit. Do I not squeeze or do I squeeze them?

What is the permanent solution to this problem? I have been combating with this prob with no progress. Please share any remedies.

squeeze them out using a tissue paper with a 'pimple picker', then use ice cold water to contract the pores

you may squeeze but leave 'holes' in your skin..
There's a way with facial blotter which is pretty effective wo leaving unsightly 'holes' on your skin.
