Non tax resident transferring money into Singapore

I know a tax resident is taxed on money eanered overseas but transferred into Singapore.

Is a non tax resdient also taxed on money eanered overseas but transferred into Singapore ?

As far as I know no they are not unless you are from an ASEAN nation...

Though then again I am always in trouble with the tax department no matter waht country I'm in so a second or third advice is recommended
