Loss Weight in A Healthy Way please...

Slimming Centre

New Slimming Centre- they need you to create their database... :) I've been to one - and they are good in the sense of educating people how to loose weight but those wraps stuffs is just temporary.

So it wont last long ok. Certainly, if you guys have been to any slimming centre and signed up any courses before, you should know by now how it works.

$380 should work out something like
$38 per session, and $38 is applicable to one part ie arms or tummy or thighs.
If you whole body then you do the math… very simple!

I've tried and paid up to $3k and within one year, all kilos have returned. So I'm not saying they are bad - its just that it is like quick fix and it is temporary so why waste your $

I usually advise my lady friends if they have to visit no matter what, try to visit after when you have lost some weight yourself say between 3kg to 5kg then visit them to tone up your body at least you will see some inch loss and not weight loss.

I’ve encountered one slimming centre whereby they cheated on the weighing scale – so you guys have to be watchful.

Currently, I'm trying a product which they claim that you can loose up to 5kg in 10 days in a healthy way - what caught my attention is obviously to loose weight in a healthy way. I want to give my body have enough time to adjust itself and I don't want to rush. I don't expect miracle and instant result. I will do my part to watch my diet and exercise.

So up to you guys….

All comments are certainly welcome..

This is certainly not a healthy way to lose wieght, the healthiest way is no doubt through weight watchers, which is long lasting, because it is a total life style change, to maintain the diet.

I'm afraid this is the only true way to lose weight, and even then it is advised to increase exercise activities.

You really want to lose, then do your maths, Calories have to be burnt
, and the only way is to step on the accelerator

Why do ppl always get back their big figure after a diet plan or a slimming package? Remember, diet plans are not followed for 8 days, 8 weeks or 8 months, but rather from the basis of everyday food throughout our life. For example, a diet high in vegetables, fruits, complex carbohydrates like pasta, brown rice, potatoes, wholemeal breads, peas, beans and low fat dairy is a moderate-fat, low carlorie diet that prevents weight gain, results in weight loss and weight maintenance.

To lose weight, your body needs to be in a state of negative energy balance, meaing, you eat less than what you burn. Fat, if taken in excess of energy needs will make a person fat, so will excess intake of carbohydrates. Maintenance of stable body weight is achieved via a biological process termed as energy homeostatis, which matechs cumulative energy intake to expenditure over time. A lot of diet plans focuses on very low carbo diets or that they adjust the percentage of dietary fats, proteins and carbohydrates. However, they do not pay attention to the total calories intake. So, please do not follow any diet plans blindly.

I've lost ard 14 kgs of weight w/o any diet supplement.

what i did was for the 1st 2 weeks I was very strict w my diet - no carbs at all - no rice, noodle, bread, not even fruits.
I was not that strict actually as I still have the padang dishes (just minus the rice).
I go to the gym as well - almost everyday!
after that i started to introduce fruits back to my diet, followed by wholemeal bread.

I opt for steamed barley if I want to have some rice.

try this it works!!
simply need perserverance.
