Sorry but not very helpful... And the "survey" is made on only few places.

My suggestion for the budget mentioned by the OP: try "Au Petit Salut".

Michelangelos at Chip Bee Gardens is the BEST italian food I've had in a long time. I highly recommend it.

Very nice for a date too, with seats inside or out. :D
