Sincere vs. product seller

I had replies for some of my posts regarding beauty and health. A lady actually emailed me and told me about her experience she had and she mentioned about a product but she claims she's not trying to sell my products.

Her method was using some essential oils for treatment, I am cynical about the whole thing...she has asked if I would like to meet to chat further, how can I assess her?

Something I guess it hard to tell but i do know that alot of ppl seller essential oil and can cost up to few hundreds dollar. Anyway wat is your problem?

suppose this are unneccessities, moreover, is there medical evidence to suggest efficacy?
