Leasing furniture in singapore - where?

I am new here, sorry for my tonnes of questions but I really need some information on renting furniture here. Is it more cost effective to rent furniture of if the landlord are able to provide furniture? Does it make a difference in prices if i choose either?

Any advise would be appreciated 8)
