Finding a good spa and gym in Singapore

Post by 2ply » Wed, 16 Jun 2004 7:03 pm

where can I locate a good gym and spa place (combined) in Singapore? I am willing to pay a yearly membership, and my budget works out to be around Sing$1,000.

any recommendations and contacts are appreciated..

You can try Fitness First Plus at Capital Towers.. i think they have a gym, aerobics studio, spa and also an indoor (heated) swimming pool. The monthly subscription is about $120 though. The other 'branch' at UOB centre is cheaper...

I'm not affiliated with them in any way, do call them directly if you have any enquiries.

Hi Zply, just saw your question! I have some ideas for you. St.Gregory Spa & Fitness at Novena Square is now doing a special promotion....$1,200 per year (including membership and monthly subscription, etc.) their membership was used to be $2,200, but now waived! I think their business is quiet so have to cut down a bit to attract more customers. take a look at their http://www.stgregoryspa.com

Or, you can have a look at Philip Wain at United Square (Novena again :P coz I'm staying at Novena area...went to both before!) they're having a promotion at $1,800 per year (including everything also) and then $1,000 is your rebate....you can use this $1,000 to offset their facial, massage or any other treatment. You can consider only $800 for one year memebership.

Hope it helps!

Home Spa

Hi all,

I have been using a home spa set which can replace going for a spa. Moreover, having a home spa set, you can share it with all your family members and use it anytime of the day.

This product not only helps in giving the result of spa but also helps in our blood circulation, improving our complexion, contouring our body, etc... It will help to give us a healthy body as this set is also known as hydrotherapy.

My family members are using it and have proven good results. Hence, for those who are interested, feel free to e-mail me: [email protected] for a trial spa.
