condo needed S$1500

Hello everyone

I have recently moved to Singapore with my wife and young baby. We are now looking for a good condo with pool and good facilities with a maximum S$1500 budget.
Preferably walking distance to MRT but more important is good amenities and malls nearby for my wife while I am out working.

Any assistance or recommendations greatly appreciated

1.5k plus facilities will only get you a place pretty far outside from the city. you could try parcoasis or mayfair which is near to chinesegarden MRT. i lived there for 6 months and even though the condo was nice i was so happy to leave the heartlands and move downtown.

east cost could be nice aswell but there are usually no condos directly next to the mrt.

but you can find a place, dont let the agents scare you.......

Or an older condo -- prices drop fast for anything over 5 years old.
