Product Control in Singapore

Hi,
I have just been offered a Product Control position in an IB in Singapore. I have recently graduated from a good school in UK and the pay is decent. My question is : How is the climate of Product Controllers in Singapore like? Working hours? Prospects of being made redundant?

Any advice will be much appreciated!
