I will be moving to singapore working for financial company . Soon i will be negotiating on my salary so i would appreciate if someone could advise me as how much i should ask for and what benefits i should look for. I have 2 children who will be going to school .

Depending on yr experience, yr position...... then you can can some kind of indication from here ...
Typically, expat coming to Singapore on Employment Pass must earn at least more than 2.5K a month.

Of course, the upper limit can be 10 times of that figure
