Assuming you already have enuff sleep...somehow...
It's all mind over matter, You should really try yoga and very early runs, like 5.a.m no eating before the run, but drink plenty.
Discipline is the name of the game, get into a solid rutine that you're body will adapt to. Your quite screwed up believe it or not.
I think you have a problem to slow your mind down, your mind is racing all the time, thinking and specualting. If this is the case, you really need to get focused on yoga, or take some medication like valium, your doctor will understand.Kimi wrote:Screwed up with the sleep? The sleep is getting better actually, in terms of the hours. Not very deep sleep but better than nothing for now...
Hyper activity and lack of sleep, could be from many causes, like sugar, to many coke's or other drinks. stress from work, or relationship, only you will have an idea, what is going on, or if you have been this way most of your life.
Early morning running and diet, is important, I personally get depressed when I don't exercise, the weight piles on, and i struggle getting up in the morning and sleeping at nigh. life is hell at times.
But chin up, you will eventually get on top of it, whatever it is.
u can try this relaxation formula from pharmanex, it contains magnolia extraxts and theanine extracts from green tea leaves, helps to control cortisol which is the stress hormone, basically helps to keep the body and mind relaxed so that when u work your blood pressure is maintained lower and when u sleep at night, it'll be deeper and more restful.
also keeps u alert, doesn;t cause drowsiness

Good nutrition, vegetarian diet, cut down/eliminate coffee, tea, alcohol, cigarettes, chocolate & sugar. Do yoga exercise which demands and develops concentration and help restore function of internal organs and blood/hormone chemistry. Supplements which can help include B Complex and Spirulina, but most important is to get toxins out of your system!
