Don't listen to the last poster, I do know of at least two people I have seen on my travels, with your problem. It is entirely up to the recruiter

I only ever fly with KLM, Singapore or BA, so it's got to be one of them. Surely they are only temporary, anyway.

I guess if you ask the HR they will tell you there is no restriction

Probably not SIA...but others might accept... I even saw Qatar airways crew with glasses during flight...and she looks very auntie-ish... and Qatar is not easy to get into...pay better than Emirates

Actually, it depends on how long you have had your braces for. If you are only wearing retainers for a few more months and assuming you are qualified in all other areas, they will recruit you (even SIA).

From interview to appointment and finally training is a long process lasting many months. As long as your braces are off by the time you start your first flight. If you do go for the interview in braces, pray tell your interviewer that you will be brace-less in _months time. You are trying to convince a company that you are the right candidate and relying on the interviewers to do a mental calculation of when your braces will come off or even waiting for the interviewers to ask you shows you are not proactive enough for the job.

I've seen candidates with braces get through Management round! Probably because their braces would be off by the end of the 4 months of training:)
Good luck!
