Water Based Moisturiser

Can anyone recommend me a good water based moisturiser. And if it comes with SPF etc that would be awesome.

Do Clinique, SKII, Estee Lauder, Biotherm etc have water based moisturisers?

Has anyone used any of their moisturisers? Any effects/ side effects?

m using nuskin moisture restore day protective lotion with spf15, my aunt recommended (she had tried lots of OTC brand but find this's the best). Found this on the website:
