Microdermabrasion and IPL

I bought this DermaNew home microdermabrasion kit recently. http://www.cosmopolitanclinic.com/store.htm , Haveing been using it once a week to 'exfoliate' my skin. It consist of a cream with microcrystals and a motorised device. It probably not as intense as a microdermabrasion session in a clinic or salon, but i figure if i use it weekly its effect after 4-5 sessions may be similar to one session in the clinic.
