Which visa to enter Singapore?

I have accepted an offer with a Singapore based company. My new employer would be applying for the Employment pass and dependant passes for my family members.

I understand that I need to collect the employment pass/dependant passes in person.

In this case under what visa do I and my family members enter Singapore?
