Which visa to enter Singapore?

I have accepted an offer with a Singapore based company. My new employer would be applying for the Employment pass and dependant passes for my family members.

I understand that I need to collect the employment pass/dependant passes in person.

In this case under what visa do I and my family members enter Singapore?

depends which Country you are coming from.

Many citizens are allowed to arrive without visa for 30 days, so you need to supply more information
