Asians who have had Breast Augmentation through the areola!

Help ... I have decided on BA but still trying to find someone who wld share their exprience if thay have gone with the areola insertion as I am very worried about scarring I have seen the results on a Caucasian friend which is great but no examples yet on Asians. I have been looking into doing this for ages and I think in Asia Bangkok Bumrungrad Hospital seems to be the most experienced.

Anyone has any experience with Dr Gavin Kang for breasts augmentation or fat grafting? Heard he is quite experienced and skilled in this area.
