How to improve memory?

I have very bad memory for a young person aged 30. Is there any ways or food I could take to improve poor memory? :roll:

try gingko biloba. get a product with an extract standardised to scientifically -support ratio of 27% gingko flavone glycosides and 7% terpene lactones.

think almods improve memory and regular head massages with oil... 8)

Well Gingko does help .... (but theres a risk of infertiliy)
Theres another drug that u might ask ur GP to prescribe to u which is Piracetam (Studies shown that it actually improves the memory of stroke patients & prevent dementia)
