How to improve memory?

Post by Memories » Mon, 23 May 2005 10:27 am

I have very bad memory for a young person aged 30. Is there any ways or food I could take to improve poor memory?

Well Gingko does help .... (but theres a risk of infertiliy)
Theres another drug that u might ask ur GP to prescribe to u which is Piracetam (Studies shown that it actually improves the memory of stroke patients & prevent dementia)

Cheers
