Can anyone give advice on where to go for a cheap weekend away, somewhere with a spa, thats child friendly and nice bars for chilling out???

Bintan, club-med is supposed to be very child friendly, my collegue takes her daughter there regularly. Not sure how cheap it is though but i don't imagine it's that expensive.
