I'm male, 25 years of age, living in South Africa and was looking for a job in IT management Company in Singapore. I'm willing to learn and accept favourable salary being offered as long as work permit or employment pass is being issued to me.

I am on EP in singapore now. I expect my job might be impacted soon probably by December 2023 as the company is downsizing the employees....

If you're working and on PEP, yes you can apply for PR. Doesn't mean you'll get it though. That still depends on lots of factors.
