You have a big problem. lsass is actually a part of the MS operating system. You have been infected with coolwebsearch, one of the worst spwyare and malware programs out there. It is a browser hijacker. Unlike most mallware which attaches itself to your browser, this stuff gets into the chain that resolves IP addresses.
You need to drop over to this website and post your problem. The people there will tell you how to fix it without reloading your entire machine.
