Hey,

I just went to my first class there, introductory dance. It's pretty small and laid back. However, doesnt seem like we will be learning 0ne dance really well- they have a different dance every week and you get to do 5 weeks.

Hi peeps

Glad to know that you're interested in taking up ballroom dancing.

Love dancing. Would like to recommend the following dance schools whom I had previously taken lessons from:

Shaun & Gladys DanceWorld
http://pachome2.pacific.net.sg/~shawnan ... rofile.htm

Sunny Low Dance Studio
http://www.sunnylow.com/

Enjoy . . .

Keep at it for at least 6 months, you're now only learning the ABCs - the very basics of ballroom dancing.

Once you've mastered the basics, you'll get to enjoy it more at intermediate or more advanced levels.

Be prepared to put in regular practice hours two - three times a week besides lesson time if you wish to attain some level of competency in ballroom dancing.

You go gal . . .
