its terrible i had a very bad experience....
I have acne skin & i bought their package. I spent $2888 on the whole package that is 10 sessions. After the 2nd session, my face had breakouts even more worse than before. I think their products is not suitable for me. i wanted to stop the package but they refused. And they even gave me free facials to pacify me, but after the 1st free facial - it didn't get better, it got worst! After several complaints to the HQ, they agreed to stop the package but I had to pay about $1500 just for the 3 facials that i have done!!!

it's terrible experience ya! i had the same plight as u except i signed up at a different facial salon. luccky u got some money back, i wasted nearly $4-5K! cos i wana stop the package.
