Where do you celebrate your Birthdays?

Post by Kathrina » Thu, 19 May 2005 2:35 pm

Need you help: Where did you celebrate your Birthdays?
My friend’s Birthday is coming up soon and I would like to take her out for a nice Saturday evening.
We will be about 10 people and it should be something special (like Tappanyaki, Dim Sum…) maybe a restaurant first and then a Bar though not expensive and no cover charge
as everyone will have to pay for himself/herself.
It should be a comfortable Restaurant with not too loud music and
a place where you like to stay for some time. You know what I mean? Any suggestions?
Thank you for your help,
Cheers,
Kathrina

You can try Far East Square or China Square Central to dine in the evening and wine at the various pubs-cafes there, or head down to Boat Quay in a leisure walk.

How about a combination of spicy kyushu japanese ramen + thai food in the city center along Pekin Street? the ambience is nice, you can stay for a long time there till the closing hours, pleasant japanese music, and free dessert treat with compliments for those who celebrate their birthdays there?
