Timber, building materials, etc

Where in Singapore can I buy timber for home DIY work? And other building materials like bricks, cement, plaster, paint etc...

There isn't a one stop shop like Home Depot. The building materials industry is segmented into their specialist trades. Even timber has 2 kinds of suppliers, one for furniture, one for structural timber.

There are many building material suppliers in Sg. Problem is.. most are self collect, and only deliver if the order is a truck load. They normally deal with renovation contractors, so.. even delivery means to the unloading bay and not up to the penthouse. What specifically are you planning to build and where are u situated?
