Habitat II on Ardmore Park Road

We are moving to Singapore in 3 weeks and found a condo that we liked in Habitat II. Has anyone lived there before or heard anything good/bad about it? Thank you

Hi. We also saw a couple of places in Habitat II during our recent search. Both were good enough that we seriously considered them. One was a duplex (two-storeys, in case the terminology is different!) with a cool spiral staircase. We came very close to choosing the duplex, until we discovered noisy aircon tubing in the cupboard right outside the main bedroom. The selling agent had turned on the aircon to make us more comfortable, and that's how we discovered! Bet she doesn't make that mistake again!!
The other one was good but there were about three load-bearing pillars in the lounge, which broke up otherwise great space. Also, although they'd renovated, the quality of the renovation was scrappy in places.
In general however, it's not a bad place at all. Great location (there is a short cut to Orchard Rd) though a bit of a hike to the nearest MRT, decent pool, private lifts. Should have no problem with Taxis though.
