Dear people,
I would like to knw from anyone who work with SIA engineering who took the Trainee Technicians Scheme. I would like to know what sort of thigns you learn? Is it regarding the aircraft structures... Can anyone please give me some hints? The initial training salary is just $1300. Will it be enough for me to survive in Singapore? AFter training for 12 months, what will the salary be? Where will the training be?Was the examination tough to learn?
AFter being bonded for 3 years, how much will you get? What sort of license will you get?
I have a degree, is it worth going for the Scheme? All i know is that i am really interested in aircraft and airplanes. Anyone been transfered to the pilot position or just any other positions? I really wouldnt mind getting dirty and hands on with the aircraft structures.
