I dunt believe there can be real rue ppl her. anyway .. ashu ,, i have worked in call ctrs n team lead b4.. ok thing is tht. u have to have lots of exp in call ctr,,n always being the best in ur projects..its only when u show ur best tht u get to be a Team leader n such positions are normally not advertised.. they tend to pick inhouse ppl.... maybe u can e-mail me if u need more info,,at [email protected]
