Doctors in JB

How much cheaper is it to see a general doctor in Johore? Has anyone had experiences visiting one in JB?

I was in JB for a seminar and my wisdom tooth hurts. I delay my visit to the dentist here in Spore coz of work committment. I was left with no choice but to visit the dentist in JB right after my seminar and had my wisdom tooth done.

I had an minor-op for abt 2 hrs including x-rays (x-rays given back to me). The whole process will cost me about $1500 here in Spore but I only paid RM 900 (2004). I was lucky coz the dentist happened to be very professional, fully equipped and I may say that he cleared my doubts knowing that I'm not really comfortable with the medical facilities in JB. (after some news on LASIK published in the Straits Times).

No idea of any GPs. I am sure there are some good ones there....
