Hello..
For some personal reasons I am considering moving to either Shanghai or Beijing. Do these cities have similar expat forum like we have here? And since I cant read Chinese (I speak basic Mandarin), any advice on where I can start looking for job? My background is project management in construction/design - but I have master degree in general project management.
