Luxury 2bedroom flat off Orchard Rd?

I was trying to find out what I should expect to pay for a 2 bedroom flat off Orchard Rd.

Ideally it would be in a nice condo with pool, gym etc, maybe offer a decent view and come with good quality furniture.

What should I be expecting to pay?

Also is there specific condos you could name?
Are there any specific ones where a lot of young expats live?

Hi, In our recent search we came across a place that might meet your needs ... very nicely renovated interior, actually 3 beds, very nice lounge/dining, great view over greenery back towards Orchard road, great pool. Can't remember specifics about the gym/tennis, but I think they were quite ok. This place was furnished with beds and bedroom furniture, but nothing much in the lounge. The furniture is rather old style, but not bad. About 1700 sq ft. but seems bigger because there is no balcony nor 'maids' room, so all the space is 'useful'. If you're a single person with temp maid (e.g. not live-in) this might work. They were asking (if memory works ok) about S$4.8k which we thought was great for the location. (In case you're wondering why we didn't take such a great place ... bit small for us, landlord won't remove his furniture and we wanted to use ours).
