Currently a student from oversea wanted to rent my unit. I had prepared the tenancy agreement, however i found out that he is only 18years old.
He is a minor under Singapore law and I understand that agreements made by minors can be void at most time.
So can i go ahead in the tenancy agreement? Is there any obligation for the student? can my tenancy agreement stand?
Need advise...thanks in advance!
