Local Band - Phorous- are they any good?

I was reading about a local band called Phorous in Juice the other day, having been drawn to the fact that one of the members was wearing a My Bloody Valentine t-shirt. Has anyone heard/seen them in concert? What do they sound like- I downloaded one song and thought that was pretty good.
