I do agree with your view on Personal Trainers. Some are good and some are not.
The trainer has to do his part so does the trainee.
Not too sure what is his/her goal or what routine she has gone thru so unable to comment much on tat.
Some trainers sell in 30 sessions basis. My suggestion is to try out for first 10 sessions and if the trainee is satisfied then sign up for more sessions.
