Benchmark salary - regional marketing head

Hi!

I would be moving in to Singapore from Europe in a marketing position that spans tha Asia-Pacific region - the industry is Biotech/Healthcare.

I was interested in knowing what is the benchmark salary for such a position based out of Singapore and what other benefits to expect.

Also what other aspects would you recommend as critical to consider while deciding for this move.
