"Stall" Like Home Catering

I am searching for contacts for caterers who are able to provide cooking on-the-spot services like BBQing satay, cooking prawn mee on a stall like basis at home. I find it's really interesting to see 'stall holders' cooking in the house garden, so entertaining for the guests.
