shipping dvds to singapore dangerous?

Postby rosedaycream » Thu, 12 May 2005 8:23 am

I'm wondering if I were to order a video/dvd/audio/media content from ebay, would I be getting myself into trouble like when the authority catches that the item content is indicated as DVD, they would take it away and view it for censorship and I would have to pay for the cost? Such a thing has happened to the writer Neil Humphrey as described in his book so I'm wondering about this since I've never ordered from an individual and am about to actually, and I'm about to order something of... Tinto Brass type movies, uncut, one which the authorities here might as well burn entirely if they were to get their hands on it. So far I've been ordering only from Amazon and those big online companies type and never experiencing any trouble from the authority.
